What Asetly is

Asetly is a personal finance tracker: it lets you record manual assets, connect a crypto exchange, track stock holdings, and view your net worth over time. It also includes an AI advisor feature that answers questions about your portfolio.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, or the Google account you sign in with) secure.
• The information you enter — balances, holdings, exchange API keys — should be your own. Don't use Asetly to track or store financial information belonging to someone else without their permission.
• Asetly isn't directed at children under 13.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile, in the app or on the web.

AI advisor — not financial advice

This is the most important section, so we're not burying it:

• The AI advisor is an automated feature powered by a third-party language model (OpenAI). It is not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing it says is professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Asetly and Dimas Triana are not registered investment advisors and are not regulated by OJK or any financial authority in connection with this feature.
• The advisor is instructed never to tell you to buy, sell, or hold a specific stock or coin — but like any AI system, its output can be wrong, incomplete, or influenced by how a question is phrased. Treat every response as a starting point for your own thinking, never as an instruction to act on.
• Any investment, trading, or financial decision you make — whether or not you discussed it with the AI advisor first — is entirely your own, and you bear full responsibility for the outcome, including any financial loss.

Connected exchanges

If you connect a crypto exchange (e.g. Indodax) using your own API key, Asetly only reads your balance — we don't place trades or move funds on your behalf. Your relationship with that exchange (its fees, uptime, security, and terms) is between you and them; Asetly isn't responsible for anything that happens on the exchange's side.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use Asetly for anything illegal, or to store/launder financial information tied to illegal activity.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app, its API, or its rate limits.
• Use the AI advisor to try to extract system prompts, other users' data, or generate content unrelated to personal finance.

Service provided “as is”

Asetly is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it shows (including live prices and AI responses) is always accurate or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimas Triana isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial losses from investment decisions — arising from your use of Asetly.

Termination

You can stop using Asetly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, e.g. abusing the service or attempting to compromise other users' data.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Asetly after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
